AESOP (Frontline) Troubleshooting

NEED HELP USING AESOP (ATTENDANCE REPORTING SYSTEM)?


All staff are required to submit their attendance no later than two hours prior to their scheduled reporting time in AESOP, our employee attendance and substitute dispatching system. Currently, Woonsocket Education Department utilizes a single sign on for many of our applications in the district. Both AESOP and the evaluation software are products of Frontline and the sign on is the same. 


Step 1 - In your Woonsocket email account click the nine dots in the top right corner of your screen.


Step 2 - Scroll down until you find the app for Frontline

Step 3 - Click the app and log in as usual.

Utilizing the AESOP Mobile App for Employees 

AESOP has a mobile application for Employees, this is not the same application as the one for substitutes. Our district code to use the app is 7354. I've attached directions which should help you with the initial set up. Your login in is your district email address as this is tied to our single sign on with google.

Alternatively, you may still access the absence management system via phone at 1-800-942-3767.  You will need the User ID and PIN number previously provided to you to log-in to this system or to access the system via phone.

REMINDER! If you are looking for leave balances they are not stored in AESOP. Currently leave balances are viewed via the Employee Portal.
