Office of Administration and Finance

The Office of Administration and Finance is responsible for developing, accounting for, and administering the annual budget.  These responsibilities additionally include financial planning and forecasting, budget consolidation and monitoring, and the management of our budget reporting systems.  We also are charged with tracking and reporting for grant funds and coordinating the centralized payroll.  Additionally, the Finance Office is in charge off all purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for the district.  Finally, we also engage in an annual outside audit, which is part of the overall City of Woonsocket audit.
